Corporate Contacts, Catalysts & Exchange Listing Dates on the Screener

Added

New: Corporate Contacts (GET /v1/contacts)

Executives and board members at a public company, looked up by ticker. Each result is one person's role at one company, so someone who is both CEO and Chair appears twice.

  • ticker (required): one ticker per request, case-insensitive.
  • current: true by default, which returns people who hold the role today. Set false to include past roles as well, for employment history.
  • role_category: comma-separated list of CEO, CFO, COO, Chair, Finance, IR, Board, Other. Any other value returns 422.
  • Standard page / limit paging (default 10, max 100).

Each result carries:

  • Person: name, bio, work email with email_status, and LinkedIn profile, connections and followers.
  • Role: the title as sourced, a normalized role_category and role_type, is_current, and start_date / end_date.
  • Company: company_name, cik, sector, industry, market_cap, exchange, website.
  • Provenance: source and source_url, usually the SEC filing.

Results are ordered CEO, CFO, COO, Chair, IR, Finance, Board, Other, then by name.

Things to know:

  • Only email_status = verified is confirmed deliverable. We also return guessed, catch_all and unknown emails, so filter on your side if you need to.
  • end_date_source = form345_inferred means the end date is approximate, inferred from SEC filings.
  • Past roles at delisted companies return null for the company fields that come from the screener (sector, industry, market_cap, exchange, website). Use company_name instead.
  • phone_direct and phone_mobile are in the schema but not populated yet.
  • Coverage is still growing, and some tickers, including some large caps, have no contacts yet. A ticker with no contacts returns 200 with an empty results list, not 404.

Pricing. Contacts are priced at 2x the screener rate. GET /v1/pricing and /estimate show the current per-GB rate.

Enterprise. Contacts are searched by ticker. Enterprise licenses can be configured with custom search parameters, for example by role, sector, market cap range, exchange or email status. Contact [email protected] to enable custom search on your account.

New: Catalysts (GET /v1/catalysts)

Upcoming company catalysts across US-listed companies, across 28 types, for example:

  • earnings dates, conference presentations and investor days
  • FDA PDUFA dates and clinical trial readouts
  • merger closings, financings and debt maturities
  • reverse splits and exchange compliance deadlines

Each catalyst is extracted from an SEC filing or news item. It comes with an expected date window, a sentiment, a short AI-written summary and a link to the source. Coverage starts January 1, 2026, and the data updates every 2 hours.

All parameters are optional and combine with AND:

  • upcoming: true by default, which returns only catalysts whose window has not fully passed. Set false to include past ones.
  • date_from / date_to: catalysts whose window overlaps the range. Future dates are allowed, and either bound works alone. A catalyst windowed "Q4 2026" shows up in a search for November 2026.
  • ticker, catalyst_type, sector, exchange, country, form_type: comma-separated lists, exact match.
  • sentiment (positive / negative), min_confidence (high / medium / low) and period_label (for example Q4 2026).
  • filed_from / filed_to: the date the source was filed or published.
  • min_market_cap / max_market_cap: rows without a market cap are excluded when either is set.
  • updated_since: rows changed after an ISO 8601 timestamp, for incremental syncs. A timestamp without an offset is read as EST (-05:00), the offset every response timestamp uses.
  • q: keyword match on the summary.

Results are sorted soonest first.

  • IDs and changes: catalyst_id is a stable ID that doesn't change when a row is refreshed. Use updated_at to find what changed.
  • Market data: market_cap and price are a snapshot from when the catalyst was found, not live.
  • AI content: types, dates, summaries and sentiment are extracted by AI from public filings and news and checked by a second model, but they aren't authoritative.
  • Trial keys: date filters are replaced by the standard trial window, as on other endpoints.

Pricing. Same rate as /v1/news-basic.

Screener: exchange_listing_date

GET /v1/screener results now include exchange_listing_date (YYYY-MM-DD): the date the symbol first appeared on NASDAQ, NYSE or AMEX. Use it instead of ipodate when the two differ, for example to see when a de-SPAC symbol started trading versus when the acquisition corp did.

  • Filter with exchange_listing_date_from / exchange_listing_date_to.
  • The field can be null.
