Get ownership data for a specific ticker, grouped by reported date. Shows who owns shares — executives, directors, and large investors — and how much they hold.

ticker is required for this endpoint.

Results are grouped by reported_date, with each group containing an array of owners. This lets you see a snapshot of ownership at each point in time.

Owner types (returned in owner_type):

Executive — Officers (CEO, CFO, etc.)
Director — Board members
10+ Percent Investor — Holders of 10%+ of outstanding shares
5-10 Percent Investor — Holders of 5-10% of outstanding shares

Holdings breakdown — each owner shows:

common_shares_amount — Common shares held
preferred_shares_amount — Preferred shares held
options_amount — Options held
warrants_amount — Warrants held
shares_underlying_convertibles — Shares underlying convertible securities
outstanding_shares_final — Total outstanding shares at time of report (useful for calculating ownership percentage)
