Overview

Same warrants-and-convertibles payload as Dilution Data, enriched with the underwriting bank, named fund owners, and any price-protection clauses (anti-dilution provisions, full-ratchet, weighted-average, etc.).

When to use

  • Tracing who funded a small-cap's bridge financings.
  • Identifying deals with toxic price-protection clauses.
  • Cross-referencing warrant tranches against the fund holding them.

Key parameters

  • ticker — optional here (unlike the basic endpoint).
  • owner — fund / investor name (partial match).
  • bank — underwriter name (partial match).
  • price_protection — partial-match search on the clause text (e.g. full ratchet, weighted average).
  • date / date_from / date_to — filing-date filters.

Response highlights

  • Adds owners, bank, and pp_clause (price-protection clause text) to the standard Warrant / Convertible shape.
  • floor_price — minimum conversion/exercise price under the instrument's price-protection terms (also on the basic endpoint).

Access and limits

  • Available on all paid plans. Priced at a premium multiple of the base endpoint — see /v1/pricing for the current per-GB rate.
  • Retail plans may receive advanced data on at most 75 distinct companies per rolling 24 hours, shared across /v1/offerings-advanced and /v1/dilution-data-advanced and every key in your organization. Querying a company already in your active window is not counted again. A page that would exceed the cap returns 429 advanced_company_limit with no data and no charge — see Rate Limits.
  • Enterprise plans have no company cap. Contact [email protected] for access
