Overview

Everything in Offerings plus two restricted fields: which investment bank underwrote the deal and which named funds participated. Useful for tracking specific fund flows or identifying repeat-offender underwriters.

When to use

• Mapping which banks repeatedly run dilutive ATMs or registered offerings.
• Following named funds across deals.
• Building a list of issuers a specific fund holds.

Key parameters

• bank — partial-match text search on the underwriter name.
• investors — partial-match text search on participating fund names.
• All filters from Offerings also apply.

Response highlights

• Adds bank and investors to the standard Offering shape.
