• offering_type — one of: REGISTERED OFFERING, ATM USED, PRIVATE PLACEMENT, DEBT OFFERING, DEBT CONVERSION, SHARE ISSUANCE FOR ACQUISITION, NEW EQUITY LINE, CREDIT FACILITY, IPO, UPLIST.
• headline — full-text search across offering headlines (4-char minimum).

Response highlights

• shares_amount, warrants_amount — what was issued.
• share_price, offering_amount, conversion_price — pricing details.
• selling_shareholder_details — who's selling, when it's a resale (not a primary).
• askedgar_url — direct link to the AskEdgar event page.
