Overview
Every outstanding warrant tranche and convertible note/debt instrument AskEdgar has parsed from a ticker's filings. Both are latent share supply — warrants create shares when exercised; convertibles create shares when converted.
When to use
- Modeling fully-diluted share count.
- Spotting near-the-money warrant tranches likely to be exercised on a price spike.
- Tracking remaining convertible debt that could pressure the float.
Key parameters
ticker(required) — single symbol.
